1) Why do my spine
and back make cracking sounds?
A:While
“cracking your back” is a matter of popping air bubbles
that form in the synovial fluid that surrounds joints,
other cracking sounds may occur as well due to more
serious reasons. Poor blood circulation can cause the
spine itself to become stiff. When pressure is applied to

recommended that the client bundle up and stay away

returned to their normal state and these normal
activities may be resumed.
